I’ve had some special encounters with breath this year. In moments of overwhelm, anxiety, self-doubt and deep feelings of ‘not being enough’, it’s through breath that I
re-connected with myself.
Re-connected with what is. Re-connected with life itself.
The breath can go where the mind won’t let you. The breath knows how to go deeper.
Breath. The one physical function in our body that we can access easily. Anytime we want!
The breath is the link between involuntary and voluntary processes in the brain and the link between the conscious and unconscious processes.
Today, tomorrow, this month let your breath guide you. Follow your breath. BREATHE.
